The focus is on practical examples, ethical considerations, and developing a data-driven mindset. About our speakers: Tristan Van Thielen Tristan Van Thielen is CTO of Devoteam's Google Cloud Business Unit in Belgium and leads their EMEA Machine Learning Tribe. A Google Cloud-certified Professional ML Engineer and AI Champion, he holds a Master's degree in Computer Science (AI) from KU Leuven. Tristan mentors ML teams at various companies, defines standards, and has extensive experience with MLOps, model development, Google Cloud data projects, data strategy, and responsible AI. As an experienced speaker, he recently moderated a UN workshop on the impact of AI on gender equality. Giulia Massimetti Born in Italy and based in Brussels, Giulia works as a Machine Learning Engineer at Devoteam at the forefront of predictive and generative AI. With a strong academic background in computer science and mathematics, she tackles the challenges of AI implementation and production in international projects. She holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from ULB. Tania Gómez Herazo Tania is an experienced Director and Cloud Program Manager at Devoteam. With a proven global track record in strategy, delivery, and operations, she is an experienced IT consultant with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation and fostering technological agility within international organizations. Tania inspires others to use technology for business growth and innovation. She aims to inspire others to reach their full potential within the industry, is an ambassador for more women in STEM, and a civil society representative at the United Nations. In 2024, Tania was honored with the Top 3- Inclusive Tech Champion 2024 #DataNews Award: She goes ICT and was recognized in 2025 by the University of Cambridge -Judge Business School- as a committed leader in digital transformation and innovation.
